I don’t own a mixer, I don’t have a full sized oven, and I have a tiny kitchen. And by tiny, I mean the size of a motel kitchen, tiny. This makes baking a huge challenge. That, and the small budget at my disposal.Yet, the tiny voice in my head that nudges me to enter that kitchen and create something new and exciting has not been silenced! I’ve embarked on a journey to bake with little baking tools, little space, and, of course, recipes cut down to much smaller (and easier on the pocket) portions.
