I'm on a quest to satisfy my hunger for fresh baked goods and mouth watering dishes while quenching my desire to control my health. Taking care of our bodies is so important and that starts with eating healthy, exercising, and thinking positive! The word "diet" derives from the Greek "way of living" and by changing our diet, my husband and I have changed our way of living, becoming conscious of our physical, mental, and spiritual health.
